Stuck in the Middle

Just months before the COVID-19 pandemic hit, my partner and I started to brainstorm ideas for a zine. We weren't anticipating to spend most of 2020 indoors, looking for ways to occupy ourselves, but it ended up being the perfect time to funnel our energy into creating a new publication. Stuck in the Middle showcases writing and art from folks living in the Midwest (and who formerly lived here), especially those who are new to creative writing or are just sharing their art with an audience the first time. We publish three issues a year, which are accessible on our Issuu page. 

We've participated in the Milwaukee Zine Fest for two years in a row, and also sell print copies of SITM at Woodland Pattern Book Center in Milwaukee.
